“Autumn”, a Haiku by Gregg Hake
Autumn creeps southward,
Peeling back the earth’s green robe－
But first, she blushes.
The voice of my beloved!
Behold, he cometh leaping
Upon the mountains,
Skipping upon the hills.
Rise up, my love
My fair one,
And come away.
